Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dr Uppasna Chand LLC handles information through the private Deposit Recon utility.

Purpose and scope

Deposit Recon is an internal business tool used by authorized personnel to reconcile deposits and payment activity. It is not a patient portal and is not intended to receive clinical information.

Information processed

The utility may process QuickBooks Online company identifiers, OAuth authorization tokens, deposit dates, deposit amounts, transaction types, references, account labels, and reconciliation status. It may also process limited payment and settlement records imported from authorized practice systems. The utility is designed not to require patient names, clinical details, full card numbers, CVV values, routing numbers, or full bank account numbers.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorized QuickBooks connections, retrieve accounting deposit records, compare those records with authorized payment sources, identify differences, and maintain an audit trail for the reconciliation process.

Storage and security

The working application and reconciliation database are maintained on a controlled Windows computer. OAuth tokens and configured integration credentials are protected using Windows account-bound encryption. The public website does not store reconciliation records and does not ask users to enter financial or medical information.

Sharing and sale

Dr Uppasna Chand LLC does not sell information processed by Deposit Recon. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the authorized integrations and hosting, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Accounting and reconciliation information is retained only as needed for legitimate business, accounting, security, and legal purposes. Authorized administrators may disconnect QuickBooks access and request removal of locally stored integration data.
