Terms of Use

These terms govern authorized use of Deposit Recon, an internal utility operated by Dr Uppasna Chand LLC.

Authorized use

Access is limited to personnel authorized by Dr Uppasna Chand LLC. Users must follow applicable workplace policies and may access only company files and records they are permitted to review.

Permitted purpose

The utility may be used to retrieve authorized accounting data, compare deposits with payment sources, identify reconciliation exceptions, and prepare internal reports. It must not be used to submit patient clinical information, full payment-card data, bank login credentials, or other information the utility does not request.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their Intuit and workstation credentials, completing authorization only for the intended QuickBooks company, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Review of results

Automated matches and exception classifications support internal review but do not replace professional accounting judgment. Authorized personnel remain responsible for validating results before changing accounting records or relying on a report.

Availability and changes

The utility may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Integrations may also be affected by third-party service availability and policy changes.

Third-party services

QuickBooks Online and other connected services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Use of Deposit Recon does not modify those agreements.
